Before becoming a Career Ownership Coach, I spent over 25 years in HR Technology leading customer-facing teams, such as Client Success and Professional Services. Working in technology and in high-growth organizations came with being a part of over 10 mergers and acquisitions. Change can be exciting and present new opportunities and can also be exhausting – I can relate to both! At one point in my career as part of a RIF, I received outplacement services which included working with a coach. This experience fairly early in my career made me interested in coaching. Fast forward a few years and I decided to get certified as an empowerment coach. This training completely changed my outlook on life and what is possible. While I continued working corporate roles, I incorporated coaching into how I developed people.
I’m thrilled and grateful to now dedicate my time to Career Ownership Coaching and helping others on their discovery journey. Whether you’re unhappy in your current role, feel a sense of discontent or disconnect in your current organization or maybe daydreaming about something better, let’s connect. Let me guide you on the path to realizing your success. And you’ll probably hear one of my favorite quotes along the way “What would you do if you weren’t afraid?”
